been developing for ages. started with small games and discord bots, moved into python, then web dev, and it kept evolving into building serious systems. performance is the constant, i optimize every layer so the end result feels instant.
usually start by planning everything out, but locking yourself to a strict plan just limits what you can build. looking forward to diving into networking and ai at college, with p2p architecture, securing databases, and low-level optimization all sounding interesting to me.

CampusBytes – Mess Management
Next.js · PostgreSQL · Redis · Tailwind CSSreplaces paper-based hostel mess queues with a secure, high-throughput digital system. check-in time cut to under a second, down from as long as 15 on paper.
QR passes are TOTP-based and generated entirely client-side. zero server load at scan time, O(1) verification regardless of how many students are checking in simultaneously. replaced polling with SSE for vendor orders, which cut 95% of API calls. built to hold 10,000+ concurrent users.

sits in the system tray, zero UI. customizable hotkeys toggle hardware states instantly, with the tray icon updating in real-time to reflect recording status.
